Ok here's the pic I found ages ago, just bought TWoK uni pack and went to use this as a color guide and realized, this isn't from the movie.
Can't say for sure if it's real (IE: unused costumes or photoshopped). Judge for yourselves, but it's damn cool IMHO.

You are correct Matt, I went back an looked again. It's a capture from ST IV, here's a comparison..
I made this screenie clip from the web lol so I guess I answered my own question. Someone made the one I found. Meh, I still like the idea though. Mystery solved.

I like those better than the final ones but to me the characters look older than TMP, Kirk especially, he was still quite young in TMP, look at his gut lol.
