New position

SRS Armada Manager

A new position has been created for Jessica Combs of SRS Armada Manager. For some time now Jessica has been diligently ensuring that all fleets have holdings in progress, she has characters in most fleets and will ensure there are always holding to donate to. It's time this hard work was recognised and so Jessica joins our Admin team in this new role. Thank you Jessica for all your hard work.

SRS Command Reorganisation

SRS Command is approaching its limit of 500 Captains. Due to this, we are going to be moving people from SRS Command to appropriate fleets for their character. For example, if you are a Romulan you will be moved to the SRS New Romulus Command, if you are a Temporal Officer you will be moved to SRS Chrononauts, if you are a Dominion Officer you will be moved to SRS Dominion Alliance.

Now, if you have been online in the last 2 weeks this won't be a problem, you will just log in and find an invite to your new fleet waiting for you.

If you have not been online for 2 weeks or more then it's not possible to invite you to the fleet as the game "forgets" about you. When you login in this case you will just find that you are no longer in a fleet. So please just ask in SRS Armada chat for an invite to the appropriate fleet.

What about gaining access to high-level Fleet gear?

If the fleet you move to is not high enough for the gear you need, just ask for an invite to an SRS Command holding. E.G. if you need hangar pets then an invite to SRS Command or Section 47 Starbase will be all you need providing your fleet has enough provisions (most do).

What about fleet ships?

In this case, you would need a temporary invite to SRS Command to buy the fleet ship you need. There will be enough officers on to help you with this most of the time, but if you are struggling to get an invite just drop a mail to me at matt@srs-fleet.net and I'll log in and sort you out.

All the above will allow our fleets room to grow and hopefully help stimulate further growth in the fleets you move to, as well as offering the correct identity for your character.

This process will begin today.
