Bank Update

About a month ago I introduced a change to the banking system in SRS. This meant that all bank tabs were closed off and members had to use the bank withdrawal form on the website. In exchange, the value of the items was vastly increased with some things being worth over 100 million EC. It cost about 1 billion to stock the first two banks with items.

Since then, not a single person has used the withdrawal form and I can therefore conclude that this system doesn't work at all, somewhat surprisingly I must admit, so, I've reverted back to the old system with some changes.

All banks will have the following tabs and withdrawal limits per day

All ranks can deposit items into the donations tab. 5 Star Admirals should not exceed the allowances shown and should not withdraw EC unless they have specific permission.

NOTE: The three elite fleets have a different system which is not changing.

The high-cost items have all been removed and sold, the proceeds of which will be used for prizes.

One thing that has survived this change is that the Commander rank, the first rank in the fleet, cannot access anything. Members must progress up the ranking system by taking part in MRP events in order to be promoted to Captain. So check the personnel files and make sure your character is at the correct rank in the fleet they are in, if not shout up and it will be addressed. This system makes it impossible for any thief to take too many items.
