Changes at the top

Hello everyone
I'm writing to let you know that there are a few changes to the leadership of SRS. A few people have left to play other games and some of them have decided to leave dramatic statements using their ability to send fleet mails. These kinds of things happen from time to time in MMOs where some people don't agree with leadership decisions. I don't always get everything right of course but SRS has been running and growing for 10 years now and will continue to do so. However I can't do it on my own, and fortunately, I have some excellent help. The following people are still working hard to organise the fleets and events alongside the work that I do and I would like to personally thank them for their loyalty and hard work:

DocJohn - USA Chief of staff and Quartermaster
Jessica - Armada manager
Jerry - CFOPS and EU Chief of Staff
Spawnner - CFOPS
Evan - CFOPS
Having said that there are now a few positions available for consideration. If you are interested in progressing up through the fleet ranks you will need to demonstrate some commitment to SRS and STO in the following ways:
Be online regularly, say around 3 or 4 times a week
Take part in MRP events
Be available on Discord, just listening is ok you don't have to speak
Help build the fleets in the armada by regular contributions where necessary
Extra consideration for people who as well as the above also post on our Facebook page, Discord pages, our forum etc.
If you think you qualify and are interested in taking on a specific role or just some advancement please let me know.
What STO really needs is more content, a lot more content, new battle zones space and ground, more episodes, more patrols and TFOs and ideally, the return of the Foundry. Hopefully, with the acquisition of Cryptic by Gearbox Studios, this content drought will eventually be over, until then SRS will continue to run MRP events and if numbers recover we will run the next special event which is Liberation, the Borg themed event. If you are interested in recruiting for SRS please do have a go, see the previous post about this and start inviting to our fleets. If you recruit enough you can be given the title of SRS Recruitment manager.

I'm on every day, but I think I may need some help with discord etc as this is the only one that's used it in fleets. I'd love to help out, though I'm not a good pilot for age/health reasons.
