Changes to Elite Fleet Requirements

Section 47 -SRS- requirements have been lowered slightly to the following:
10 million MRP
250,000 average DPS or 750,000 X-Quotient
SRS MACO Spec Ops
10 million MRP
150,000 average DPS or 500,000 X-Quotient
In addition, you will notice that you can now qualify as a support Captain only for either of the elite fleets.
The minimum MRP requirement has been set the same for both fleets at 10 million, this is around 20-30 events.
