Hey folks, the Hall of Fame has been updated today. I've tried to send badges to everyone eligible, however, if you look at your profile on the website and can't find the appropriate badge for your rank please message me with your ingame handle and your registered name, e.g. @TFR_MACO_SPECIALIST and Matt Johnson. Then I can award your badge.
DPS League Reset
At the end of this year all the DPS tables will be wiped in preparation for next year's event.
The best way to move up the overall rankings is to have lots of different builds and when you've got a lot of builds registered for each different TFO or patrol make sure you use the League planner to see which build you need to register to increase your score. E.G if you have no CSV build registered under Sakari and we are running that event then take your CSV build on that event to have it registered.
To view your progress go to the SPACE DPS League linked at the top of this page, you can also access the league planner from the same page, give it a minute to refresh it has a huge amount of calculations to sort through.
Any of you that are trying to get the next badge now have around 5 weeks to get it done. So if you need to run a specific event please ask the CFOPS to run it for you. A minimum of three people is needed to complete a logged space event.
If you have any questions please ask them below in the comments.
Once you have been awarded a badge it's yours forever.
Change of Emphasis for 2022
Up until now, the biggest prizes have been for taking part in events and for achieving the highest points on the leaderboard. Next year it's going to be a lot different.
The biggest prizes are going to be based on the overall ranking in the Space DPS league. This is because the people who attend the most events are also those who make the most builds and try their hardest to improve their performance, this effort is going to be rewarded.
The MRP leaderboard event is going to still give out a good prize but it's going to be split into 4 parts of three months each. So there will be 4 large prizes and after each 3 month period, the leaderboard will be reset again. The DPS Overall ranking will still progress throughout the entire year as running all these events on all the builds will take a long time.
This new system will reward those who take part the most, you folks are the lifeblood of this fleet and you will be rewarded for your loyalty and commitment to SRS and STO.
At this point in time, the Ground DPS league will not feature in any prize tables, there is still much to do there but I hope it will be more prominent in 2023.
So, start thinking now about different builds you have yet to try, the list of builds is as follows:

Many ships are good for multiple builds, so start using your loadouts more now that they are fixed.
What if you don't like competing in the DPS leagues? Then you can still earn significant prizes with the standard MRP. Each 3 month period will reward the winner with around 500 million EC and further prizes down to 20th place. I would also say give it a try, there are hundreds of positions to earn points in and each league has 1 to 100 places so even with a less than stellar result you should be able to gain some points and you are bound to improve, look at some of the great builds posted on our site, chat to our experts in Discord, or Facebook and in game, there are always a lot of people who can help you improve your builds.
I'm really looking forward to 2022's events, I hope you are too.
