Eligibility for Special Fleets

The following personnel are eligible to join some or all of the special fleets in SRS.

Please make arrangements to have your best character transferred to one of these fleets. You must use your best character in an elite fleet. You may have characters in all three fleets and collect the multiple rewards for each.
