May Update - Elite fleets, rewards etc

First off a few announcements:
Fleet Rules
These apply to Facebook, Reddit, SRS Armada Chat, Discord, the forum etc. They also apply to everyone no matter what the rank. If you have a problem with a player or an event in the first instance come to me (Matt Johnson), don't discuss it will other players, and don't discuss it on any of the social media mentioned above. An investigation will be undertaken and the results will be final. We do not tolerate harassment of anyone by anyone. That goes for me too, if I'm being a dick, tell me and I will re-examine my behavior as should we all. SRS is a drama-free fleet where we go to have fun and relax with friends, let's keep it that way, please. Rules Reminder:
These rules apply to our fleet chat, Discord, Facebook, our Forum, and any other social media account or website area as well as any kind of Voice chat.
No political discussions.
No religious discussion
No posting of any media that isn't STO or very obviously Star Trek related except in specific channels for off-topic media in Discord, but not on Facebook.
Please refrain from posting memes to our Facebook group unless they are very specifically Star Trek or STO-related. Memes and Gifs may be deleted at the admin's discretion, we will tell you why.
No attacking others, whether in our fleet or not.
No derailing threads.
There is a zero policy on sexual or explicit posts or images and will be removed, the poster may also be banned.
Do not block admins or moderators this will get you a ban.
No harassment or bullying of any kind is allowed.
Please show courtesy and politeness to fellow members who may not be as experienced as you, may not have English as their native language, may have disabilities that affect how they post.
No discrimination of any kind is tolerated.

Personnel File Update
A bug was discovered which was showing the weighted average DPS rather than the true average DPS on the Personnel File, this has been fixed. This did not affect invites to elite fleets as that is a different system.

Only one player failed to qualify this month. Players will not be named but will be moved to another fleet.
MRP Blitz
This is well underway, remember you only need to do one event per day and 14 events out of the 21-day duration to claim the prize, this is very similar to Cryptic's Red Alert system. One difference is that it is updated at various times of the day, not instantly as it has to be done manually at the moment.
