The weekly endeavour is to donate 50 duty officers to any SRS fleet. When you have donated the doffs send an Ingame Mail to matt@tfr_maco_specialist stating which fleet you added the DOFFs to. NOTE: Don't send me the doff packs, as many of them are green or higher and can't be used. Just donate them yourself. best place to buy them is from the fleet starbase which you can do with fleet credits. This is an exercise based on trust.
