Overall ranking removed

Hey folks, I've removed the overall ranking from the DPS leagues because it was too arbitrary and not necessarily accurate.

An idea was proposed that ranking should be taken from each player's position in each league, which is a good idea, however, putting it into practice is beyond the scope of my abilities at this time. I've spent a good few hours looking at it and the amount of coding involved is enormous and some of the coding required I just don't know how to do. So until I come up with a better idea or improve my coding skills it's not going to happen. What you have now is the best that I can offer, hopefully, that's enough for folks to compete against.
