Attention SRS Code Breakers

The second part of the data stream from Voyager has been retrieved, it seems it still needs some work. I wonder who may have the audacity to crack the code first?

The file has been posted in our Voyager Group.

This is obviously an audio file of some sort. However we have been unable to decode the message, we hope you have better luck.
