STO News
The big news this week is that Embracer who owns Gearbox and hence Cryptic, have had large financial losses and is closing studios. At this point in time, it has not been stated which studios will close. Cryptic is a profitable back catalogue company and it is doubtful it will be closed, but it could be sold, or they may decide to invest in the companies that are profitable, at the moment there are no clear indications of how this will affect Cryptic, but personally I wouldn't buy a lifetime subscription right now.
There is very little news this week, the patch apparently increased the number of TFOs which dropped some advanced console fragments, we know that Vault Ensared is broken and drops nothing but battery components. For now, I suggest you save your elite R&D boxes and wait for the promo to end because the value of these boxes is sure to rise especially the radiogenic boxes.
