The SRS Olympics consist of 5 events done over 5 days since the 3rd .
Every day, a special event will be held for the maximum duration of half an hour.
Objective: to be the best at all of the 5 very unconventional events.
At the end of very event, the top three people will be registered by the CFOPS and the list sent to discord. Additionally, getting into the top tiers grants a website medal badge for the corresponding place (1st gives gold, 2nd gives silver, 3rd gives bronze, each can only be obtained once per person).

At the end of the week, the results will be counted and there will be a raffle for each tier, every name a person has on one of the top 3 is one entry for the tier the name is in.
Example: X person gets 2 3rd places and 1 1st place, so X person gets 2 entries for the 3rd place prize and 1 for the 1st place prize.
Event one: Grab & Fly - (improved scavenger hunt) Everyone gets to a hub like ESD, new Romulus, etc. When the time starts, everyone has to get a determined item or duty officer task and go back to the starting place. The information about the item is only revealed once all the players are there.
Event two: Asteroid Run - this event is played on the weekends already along with Hide and Seek, so it won't be explained again.
Event three: Die a Lot - everyone takes everything out of their ship (only t6 allowed or t5 if the person doesn't have any t6) and goes to an advanced difficulty tfo, the person that dies the most wins.
During the first 5 minutes, everyone will be able to die easily, but after this time is up, the CFOPS, who won't be hindered by a lack of equipment, will begin clearing the map, so try to die as much as possible before the CFOPS clears everything (deaths counted by combat log, multiple teams can run at the same time with different CFOPS, if so happens the death lists are joined to get the winners).
Event four: Race on Risa - the participants gather in one instance of Risa and race around the island with a powerboard through a specific course, that will be shown on a map, for 2 laps. The winners are the firsts to arrive at the end.
To make the course simpler to follow, always go in the middle of the sets of two rocks, and when there is only one, go between it and the island.
Course: from the start straight to the arch, then follow the river and then go in the centre of the sets of rocks, pass the finish line and return to the start finishing the circle, behind the bridge and onto the start for the next lap or end.

Note: the map is not accurate rock-wise but gives a general image of the way to go.
Event five: - T1-A-Rama - This event has been played already a few times, the blog announcing it was just a few days ago so I won't explain it again.
Prizes for the raffles:
1st- 20 keys
2nd- 10 keys
3rd- 5 keys
Rules:
1- The special events are held on the corresponding day only.
2- At the end of each event, the CFOPS running sends a message to discord with the 1st, 2nd and 3rd places.
3- CFOPS running events don't apply for the event they run.
4- The daily events are as follows:
Day 1- Grab & Fly
Day 2- Asteroid Run
Day 3- Die a Lot
Day 4- Race on Risa
Day 5- T1-A-Rama
These events test 5 important skills in unconventional ways: Game knowledge, Ability to pathfind, Knowledge of builds and threat, Memory and agility, and last but not least, Strategy and cooperation.
5- No glitches are allowed in any way. This means no glitched ways to die, no speed glitches etc. Failure in this results in immediate disqualification of the entire competition.

This event is something that I have been working on for a long time (since September of last year) and had a lot of effort put into, from creating and designing brand new events, to testing everything to make sure it works and is fun, passing through adapting systems, learning from past mistakes and coming up with things that I had no idea that could be done when the idea first came up. It is truly something that I couldn't do alone, a lot of people helped to make these 1st SRS Olympics, to make an idea that seemed impossible come true, either indirectly, like PK51, who tested event 4 with me without realising it, or directly, like Matt Johnson, without whom this wouldn't be possible at all, so I would like to thank all these people that helped to create this event.
So without further delay, I'm happy to say for the first time in the SRS Olympics: Enjoy, and let the games begin!
