Update to DPS League

For 2022 with the emphasis on the DPS leagues I have made some changes to the backend to increase the speed the sheets work and more importantly to increase the capacity of the records database tenfold. This means that results once logged will not roll over after 600 events, they will remain there for the entire year. This has taken many hours of tedious work creating 20 new workbooks to get around the 5 million cell limit on Google Sheets.

Exceptions:

1. If a broken system is introduced by Cryptic that gives erroneous data this will be removed after investigation.

2. If a player has not logged in for 3 months their data will be removed as they are considered to be no longer playing STO. This will be determined from their last login time on their main character.
