Update to overall rank

I've updated the league table to work in a slightly different way. It now no longer uses the number of events as a multiplier, as this is detrimental to those players who always perform well but cannot do hundreds of events a year. So now this multiplier has been removed and instead you must have done at least 50 events to show up on the overall rank.

This has changed the numbers but the top players are more or less in the same place.

Also, I have removed some old data as I have to do every few months which has also altered the ranking as some players who were in the table are now no longer there or have dropped down as they have stopped playing. At the next update, those players will probably disappear completely.
