Website Update

An update has been finished for the ranking system in SRS. All ranking enquiries should now point to the Personnel Files, if you find another that doesn't and which still points to the old system please let me know. The updated rank requirements have been added to the Personnel Files and are now correct.

There have been numerous other tidy ups around the website to account for spreadsheet call errors (when a sheet has been modified and another sheet is calling for the wrong cell). If you do spot any errors please do let me know. The website and associated sheets are a huge hungry animal now and staying on top of it all is not easy, I need your help to point out errors you may find.
