The website gives you some back story that explains why we now have a Terran Fleet as part of the SRS and this story does give away some minor spoilers for the Cryptic Mission Firewall.

We have recreated the Allied Expeditionary Force fleet which now resides in our second Red Matter Armada, anyone wishing to transfer from one fleet to the other should ask for a move in fleet chat.
