BLoC Uniform

I have a question regarding the Bloc-Combat uniform: https://www.srs-fleet.net/uniforms

I obtained the Discovery Security vest and Burnham's EV suit, but unfortunately, I can't equip it the way is is suggested on the SRS website.

Upper body:

upper -> I can't select "Burnham's EV Suit - Standard"

Lower body:

lower -> I can't select "Burnham's EV Suit - Standard"

Both not listed in the dropdown-menu.

The game mentions that acquiring the full Burnham Set gives a tailor unlock. Therfore, I acquired the whole set already.

Another difference: The "Discovery SF Security Vest" is called "Discovery SF Vest" and the "Starfleet Insignia" is not available, only the "Discovery SF Ensignia". The toon is ordinary Starfleet.

Am I missing something? Has anyone an idea what might went wrong?

In case someone else has the same issue: I got several replies from the support team with possible solutions which turned out unsuccessful. It seems to be a bug. This is what they told me:

"I have checked the Burnham's Determination ground set does not seem to have a gender restriction so you should have been able to select the same costume pieces for your character. As this seems to be the result of a gameplay bug, please submit a bug report on our official forum for documentation purposes"

It's alright, thank you for the feedback.

I never expected this issue to be gender-specific, but it could be an explanation, indeed.

Very weired is, that I only have the Discovery badge (like the vest), while the toon is common starfleet and you also have the correct badge.

Another issue I didn't mention is that the color codes (B7, A19, and so on) do not always match.

I believe it might be a good idea to ask the support. If that is a bug, it's their job to see it fixed. If I'll get any helpful insight from them, I'll let you know.

Yes the colour palettes are different for male and female. They are also different depending on your species/race. This is probably because they were coded by different people at different times with no reference to the original. It's certainly a bug and the Devs have been told about it many times for many years, they choose to ignore it because most likely working on it will not make them any money, that is really how short sighted they are.

Sorry for the late reply. The problem is probably that the tailor is different for different genders, as well as different for different species. This includes palettes and items. I think you will just have to get it as close as you can Jenna, looks good so far. For some reason people don't use this forum very much, in fact it's hard to get members to even read the news blogs, I guess with everything else going on trying to catch people's attention is difficult. I should have got a notification about your reply but nothing, will look into that.

Thanks for replying. Maybe this is a bug, or I did something wrong? I don't know. There are indeed some differnces in the available categories as well. I habe a badge to select, you haven't, for example. But it might be easer for you to help if you can see how it looks like on my screen. Therefore, some pictures are attached.

Upper half:

Dropdown menu, where I chosse Ennis because Burhams EV suit is not avaiable.

Not sure, have you got all the settings as shown in the above image? It could be a bug in the tailor, I noticed a new bug last night where it no longer shows previews of BOFF uniforms. I will login later and take a look.
